Fibro Sarcoma of the Gingiva: A Rare Presentation

Fibrosarcoma is a rare malignant mesenchymal neoplasm’s of the fibroblasts which are represents 1% all malignancies in head and neck region. In this article we described case primary fibrosarcoma gingiva right sided alvulas mandible 16 years old male. Who was presented with rapidly growing painful lump. Microscopically tumor mass composed atypical proliferation spindle cells arranged intersecting fascicles sterioform pattern. immunohistochemically showed immuno-reactivity for SAM, while negativity towards others markers. On basis clinical histological immunohistochemistry our diagnosed as low grade gingiva. We performed radical resection wide margin treatment choice without dissection.
